Nothing too interesting happening lately........... had dinner with Steph at the Parthenon yesterday......... food was decent actually........ I had some lasagne tasting thing while Steph had a leg of lamb and the rice pilaf........ dessert at Sweetwater right after that, where Steph dropped a piece of her chocolate cake on mine then mashed up the remainder of her cake (good job, Steph:P).......... went back to her place and tried to catch the Lakers game but we couldn't because SOMEONE doesn't have cable at her house!! Drinks at the Brown Jug with Lawrence, Mike, Andrea and Safety........... tried some weird tasting "Pearl Harbor" thing with midori in it (Yuks) and had a couple of beers and shots........ everyone got kinda buzzed............ good nite of fun for all........

Today I basically woke up late, and went to run some errands............ paid $300 friggin bucks for overdue international health insurance, then picked up Fan and went to Zingerman's with Jon and Shooms.......... the corn beef sandwich with Russian dressing was baaaad......... me no likey........... but the gelato and chocolate was pretty good :).......... the plan was to watch a DVD before dinner, but Shooms and Jon decided to go scam the people at Borders out of $100+ by selling back books that they hadn't even bought there........ so I didn't meet up with em till 8pm............... had to leave at 9pm coz it woz Dan Benn's birthday today.......... got to Mongolian BBQ and had a quick dinner with them......... stupid Dan already got a job with Whirlpool........... had the whole restaurant go wild when Tayshaun Prince sent the game into overtime before the Pistons pulled out the victory over the 76'ers............. went back to Shoom's place and watched "Spirited Away"............ pretty good movie I think........... animation was superb......... character design was excellent........... and there were some pretty weird but cute creatures in it........ as with many Ghibli productions.......... it was a cutesy movie, but not really a kiddie movie per se.............. like Jon said, some of the monsters would have freaked kids out, and there were some pretty disturbing characters in the movie.......... now all we have left to watch tomorrow is Vanilla Sky, My Sassy Girl and Red Dragon.......... just remains to be seen what time Jon and Shooms are going to wake up tom....... lazy pigs ......... heh
