PRINCETON HERE I COME!!!

OK first off, I gotta get something off my chest...... yeah...... I'm pissed off right now........ if you're gonnna just change your plans and not come to HK its not a big deal but at least gimme a damn call or send me an email to say "Hey I'm not going to make it" ... I mean basically I just told everyone I wasn't coming out last night coz I wanted to spend some time with someone who I haven't seen in 2 years, then the next day I find out that the aforementioned person is in Shanghai about to go shopping........ wtf......... I mean, isn't it just basic courtesy to call, I can't believe I was even worried that she missed her flight or got kidnapped or whatever........ but wuteva, that's fine with me......... sometimes things like this gotta happen for you to see wuts up........ ok flame off...... just had to vent.... and apologies to you guys who had to read this... (Holding Ears) WOOOOOOOOOO-SAAAAAAA..........

On a lighter note, I had lunch with Viv at this super ghetto-fab dai pai dong place on Gouth Street this afternoon....... hope my tummy can handle the food!!

I'm also pretty stoked right now........ 8 hours till I'm on da plane to New York...... I have memorable but not entirely happy memories of the last time I was in NY, but I think its gonna be good this time =) Funny how everytime I used to visit NY I would feel like "Oh it's just NY, I can come here anytime I want" but now that I'm on the other side of the world it just seems so much more inviting.... or maybe I just need a break from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. I'm also glad that this trip is finally happening..... they've been promising to send me for training for months now, then now they tell me I have to share the rental car with 2 other colleagues (cost-cutting, go figure) and that I'm not getting the structured note training I thought I'd be getting....... oh well, I'm just whining....... I should take what I can get, huh? =P

Robbie will be in NY May 10th, as will Alex, who's just about to move back to HK from Milan..... and of course I get to crash at Jason's pimp pad in NY..... plus all the mad shopping I'm going to do haha

I'm not sleeping tonight as my recipe to combat jet-lag........... to go out or not to go out? =) I think a lil late night warcraft is in order........ we've been spending some time every week playing warcraft......... whoever thought this game would have so much staying power! Okay...... off to try and do some packing now, more updates later!
